Good woodworking folk?

Heya all you lovely carvers chippers and other good woodworking folk. My friend is asking me where to buy a good adze, and he wants to stay within the boundaries of europe due to custums and stuff, I seem to remember mention of a few good makers in sweeden or similar earlier this year, any advice i can forward to him?

I purchased an adze from Bulgaria on EBay last year and paid $55 Canadian including delivery, I have yet to use it because I had shoulder surgery but a native carver friend told me he purchased one from same seller and he really likes it. He carves native totem poles. check this:
